We have always hated buying soils and substrates by weight or volume and trying to figure out how much you need for your pots. So we provide a weight and estimated cups for each size as well as a rough guide for how many pots it will fill.

The bags are measured out by volume not weight. As moisture content can vary and we don't want you paying for water weight.
