Zucchini Black Beauty

Introduced in the 1920s, Black Beauty Zucchini is now considered to be the standard for summer squash. Long, cylindrical fruits are black-green with creamy white flesh. Black Beauty zucchini tastes best when picked at six to eight inches long. This squash is an excellent variety for freezing.
